Refund policy
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to make a return. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping, while we will take care of the quality control check to ensure the product complies with our return policy, and we will aim to process your refund as quickly as possible.
In case of a defective or damaged product, we will take care of sending you a replacement part and providing all the necessary instructions. Please ensure that items are returned in new, unused condition, with original tags attached, and within the packaging received upon delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted or refunded.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your notification before the 14-day period from the delivery date expires.
Customers can exercise their right of withdrawal through the dedicated digital feature in the personal area of the website, accessible by entering the email address associated with the order and authenticating with a temporary verification code.
By accessing the personal area and selecting the relevant order, customers can cancel items (“Cancel items”) or request a return in a few simple, guided steps. Upon completion, the system will provide immediate confirmation, and the customer will receive an email summarizing the request and its details.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to individuals acting for purposes outside of any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity (consumers); therefore, purchases made with a VAT number are excluded.
You must independently arrange the return shipping for the product(s). The choice of courier is entirely at your discretion.

The Right of Withdrawal is subject to exceptions and exclusions regulated by Legislative Decree 21/2014 and applies exclusively to individuals (consumers); therefore, all purchases made with a VAT number are excluded.
All payments made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of return shipping costs).
The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date the returns are received at our warehouse.
To qualify for a refund, returned goods must arrive intact, complete in all their parts, and in their original packaging. Customers are only permitted to handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any further handling that diminishes the value of the item, or damage that renders it unusable, may reduce or void the refund amount. Goods that arrive at our warehouse with obvious damage will not be eligible for a refund.
