The 2021 Budget Law confirmed the extension of the Furniture Bonus which allows you to receive a 50% Irpef deduction on the purchase of furnishings and furniture with a maximum reimbursement of 16,000 euros. The requirements for accessing the deduction: Purchases subject to the deduction are only those relating to building renovation work begun after 1 January 2021. To request the relief, it is essential to carry out a building renovation. However, the purchased goods can also be used to furnish a different environment of the same property on which the building renovation is being carried out. It is essential that the start date of the renovation works precedes that of the purchase of the furnishing elements.
To obtain the deduction it is necessary to indicate the expenses incurred in the tax return and the reimbursement is due exclusively to those who covered the total costs of the renovation project.
Which furniture can the deduction be associated with? The furniture included in the deduction are beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers, bookcases, desks, tables, chairs, bedside tables, sofas, armchairs, dressers, mattresses, lighting fixtures.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
It is important for us that the customer is satisfied, which is why we try to be as precise, fast and reliable as possible from order to delivery.
We ask you to take note of the following information to offer an efficient service at every stage.
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product chosen, generally between 3 and 7 working days from receipt of the order for all products in the catalogue. They can even reach 15 working days for non-standard size and/or color variations or for matt and glossy lacquered colors which require technical painting times.
Once the production has finished / the order has been processed, we will entrust your order to our carrier. Shipping will take approximately the following:
- Italy - 2-4 working days
- EU countries - 4-6 working days
You will be able to conveniently choose whether to receive your product with curbside or floor shipping. Simply indicate your preference when ordering and the system will calculate the rate based on your choice. For the moment we offer floor delivery only in Italy.
To track your order, please refer to the shipping confirmation email, you will find the tracking number there. You can also check the status of your shipment directly on the shipper's website. If you have not received the confirmation email with your tracking number, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you.
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of order based on the weight and volume of the package. You will see the shipping cost listed directly in the final stage of the order.

Orders destined outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties according to local customs regulations. All orders within the European Union, however, are exempt from customs duties and the only thing you have to pay is the standard shipping cost.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to make your return. You will have to take care of the return shipping, which will be at your expense, while we will take care of the quality control of the return, to verify that the product falls within our return policies, and we will try to make the refund as soon as possible.

In the event of a defective or damaged product, we will take care of sending you the replacement part and providing you with all the necessary instructions. Please ensure that items are returned in new, unused condition, with original tags and in the packaging received upon delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14th day via communication to the address email@example.com . The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), they are therefore excluding all purchases made with VAT number.
For any damaged items, customer service notification must be received within 3 days of the delivery date. Replacement requests will not be accepted after this deadline.

All payments that have been made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of return delivery costs). The refund will take place within 14 days from the moment the returns are received at our warehouse.
For the purpose of reimbursement, the returned goods must arrive intact and complete in all their parts, and in the original packaging. The customer is only permitted to manipulate the goods necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Further manipulation that reduces the value of the goods or damages that make it unusable could reduce or cancel the amount of the refund. Goods arriving at our warehouse with obvious damage will not be refundable.
