If you are interested in purchasing a product that is currently out of stock and would like to be informed about its future availability, we are here to help.

However, please note that not all items are subject to restocking.
How can I request a product data sheet?
If you need assembly instructions for a product, request the technical sheet by sending an email to supporto@tfthomefurniture.com.
We will forward it to you promptly.
Can I customize a product from the catalog?
Product customization is not currently available.
If you are looking for a product with specific features, we will be happy to recommend the option that best suits your needs and tastes.

Orders
How can I place an order?
To make a purchase on our official websitehttps://www.tfthomefurniture.com :
- Search for the product you are interested in in our catalog
- Once you have found the right product, select the quantities you want and click " Add to Cart ". Review the items in your cart by selecting the appropriate icon at the top right of the page.
- Click " Checkout " to proceed and fill in the required fields to complete your order. If you already have an account, you can log in and complete checkout faster using your saved shipping and payment details.
I can't place an order
If you are having trouble during the purchase process, we are here to help.
Please contact us by email at support@tfthomefurniture.com with the following details: your full name , full address (street, house number, zip code, city and state), and your telephone number .
We will help you place your order and once done, you will receive a link via email to make the payment. Once the payment is entered, your order will be confirmed.
Is it possible to modify an order?
If you wish to make changes to your order, please feel free to contact us.

We remind you that we cannot make changes to orders that have already been entrusted to the courier for shipping.
I did not receive the order confirmation
If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

How can I cancel an order?
The option to cancel your order is included in your confirmation email. You can also contact our customer service via [email/phone #] . Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. If your order has already shipped, please see our return policy for further instructions.
Payments
What are the payment methods?
You can pay for your TFT Home Forniture order with all credit cards , Paypal, Apple Pay , Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna and Scalapay .
If, instead, you prefer to make a bank transfer, you can do so by selecting the payment method directly during the order confirmation phase. Once the order has been confirmed, make the payment to the following IBAN, entering the order number and your name as the reason for payment: IT44F0307501603CC8000839669 We remind you that, at the moment, cash on delivery is not available.
How can I request an invoice?
To obtain an invoice for your order at TFT Home Furniture, please send an email to supporto@tfthomefurniture.com providing us with all the necessary details.
If you are a private individual, we need your personal data and your tax code .
If, however, you are a company and would like an invoice with VAT number, we ask you to provide us with your company name , VAT number and your PEC/SDI email .
After receiving the necessary information, we will proceed with the invoice issuance and send it to you via email.
Can I take advantage of the 2024 bonus supplies?
With TFT Home Furniture you can access the Furniture Bonus. The furniture that is included in the deduction are beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers, bookcases, desks, tables, chairs, bedside tables, sofas, armchairs, sideboards, mattresses, lighting fixtures. To obtain the deduction it is necessary to indicate the expenses incurred in the tax return with a regular invoice. Therefore, if you are interested in accessing the Bonus, we remind you to ask us for the invoice at supporto@tfthomefurniture.com
We remind you that the 2024 Budget Law has confirmed the extension of the Furniture Bonus for a 50% Irpef deduction on the purchase of furniture and furnishings for a maximum expenditure amount of 5,000 euros. To request the benefit, it is essential to carry out a building renovation and it is essential that the start date of the renovation work precedes that of the purchase of the furniture elements.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on the destination address and the products selected.
You will be able to view the total cost at the final stage of purchase.
You just need to add the products to your cart and fill in the required fields.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
For orders destined outside the European Union, customs duties may be required according to local regulations.
However, all orders within the European Union are duty-free and the only thing you will have to pay is the standard shipping cost.
What is the price of floor delivery?
At the moment, floor delivery is only available in Italy .
To know the cost of this service, you just need to indicate it when ordering and the cost will be calculated automatically based on your choice.
Delivery
What are the shipping times?
Delivery times may vary between 3 and 7 working days from receipt of the order for all products in the catalog.
Once your order is processed, we will hand over your order to our courier. Shipping will take approximately the following:
Italy - 2-4 working daysEU countries - 4-6 working days Once the order has been entrusted to the courier, you will receive a link through which you can track the status of your order independently.
For some products, delivery times may be extended up to 15 working days. However, these are products with non-standard dimensions and/or color variations or for matt and glossy lacquered colors that require technical painting times.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, please check your shipping confirmation email, where you will find your tracking number.
You will receive the tracking link when your order is handed over to the courier.
Can I request floor delivery?
We currently offer floor delivery in Italy.
You can request delivery to the floor directly during the order confirmation phase. Once done, the system will automatically calculate the cost of the service.
Returns
How can I make a return?
To make a return, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. To proceed, contact us at supporto@tfthomefurniture.com indicating the reason for your choice and the order number. We remind you that the return shipment will be at your expense , therefore you can freely choose the courier for the return. Make sure to package the products in their original packaging.

Once your order has reached our warehouse, we will promptly carry out quality checks and refund.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, send the communication within the 14th day to amministrazione@tfthomefurniture.com.
When will I receive my refund for the return?
All payments made to us will be refunded via the same payment method used. The refund will be made within 14 days of the returns being received at our warehouse.
We would like to point out that the actual refund times may vary depending on the different payment methods.
